CJ Industries were elected head Civil Contractor to build the new NPD Fuel Station in Nelson central. There was a critical path that had to be meet on this job which involved the station being open before a certain date which was achieved. The scope was comprehensive and involved the following:
- Demolition of existing structures
- Earthworks
- Civil and drainage construction
- Traffic and pedestrian management
- Excavation of main tank pit and field line, power trenches
- Construction of precast retaining wall and footings
- Construction of Concrete forecourt
- Construction of Asphalt yard
- Construction of kerb and channel
- Construction of 2 industrial vehicle crossings
- Landscaping
