Fairfield Coolstore Slabs
CJ Industries were approached to construct two new concrete slabs to accommodate cold stores for an orchard. CJ Industries was the obvious fit for this job as we looked after the complete project from removing orchard trees right through to finishing the concrete slab.
The scope included:
Remove orchard trees
Strip topsoil and stockpile
Construct sub-base with certified CJ Industries quarry rock
Setout slab lines and levels
Supply and install formwork, reinforcing mesh and ties
Supply place and cure 1200m2 slabs
Expansion cutting
Form and finish metal road around perimeter of the cold stores
